I was making mac and cheese I ran out of butter, And resorted to a mystery container. I looked at it. And It looked like a extra butter container from when I got pancakes. But It was also close to where I put the salsa and sour cream. I looked at it and it was just a glob of what looked like butter, so I stirred it so the fluid that was set. In there mixed together. I may have just made Mac and cheese with sour cream. I have no idea, but I did save it. And it does not taste bad. LOL

Ahh, the mystery container. But I bet macaroni and cheese would be good with sour cream.
