The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

Ok this is how I have made my pickled eggs....looks over at the XxAXEWOMANxX and pokes!



12 large eggs

350ml (12 fl oz) distilled cider vinegar

350ml (12 fl oz) water

1 tablespoon pickling spice

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 bay leaf

2 tea spoons of salt



1. I Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to the boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, and peel the eggs.



2. While the eggs are coming to the boil get a medium saucepan , mix together the cider vinegar, water and pickling spice. Bring to the boil and mix in the garlic and bay leaf. Remove from heat.



3. Transfer the eggs to sterilised container. Fill the container with the hot vinegar mixture, seal and refrigerate 8 to 10 days before serving....or just store in a cool place.

I was going to post the recipe that I am using...now I feel perhaps I am being cruel to the egg!

I have drunk so much beer and eaten so much rubbish over the last few weeks, that I am keeping a close look at what goes in and what comes out!



I decided to weigh what was coming out! I had this poo which was just like giving birth (I imagine) Anyway I was surprised that it was 1.5 lb in weight...that is one lot of poo!



Measuring urine it was an average of 1.7 lbs in weight with the most extreme being 2 lbs (1000 ml)...that's quite a lot of wee to have on board.



It just goes to show what liquid and waste material we have in our bodies...



I'm off to get more beer...going to see if I can wee 3 pints ^^

Just woke up after a couple of hours sleep...and I am off to a friends house for some booze and food....Over the last few days I have put on 5 lbs because of all the booze I have drunk and with the little food thrown in to it.



I have a taxi sorted so I don't have to stay the night. As I worked ...yeah you hear me? some of us had to work last night, not that I am bitter...or twisted lol! Today will be my celebration! At least I have tonight off!



Kick off time is 1400hrs, I am going for gold ^^

Just got back from working my shift and I have cracked a tin. Oh yeah it's 0908 and I am drinking Speckled Hen, yum!



Nothing on the box last night to watch while I spent three hours ironing!! All I could think about was getting home and having a drink...lol, not in an addiction way.



Rather tired really and I will hit the sack once I finish the beer!
