Some herbs have a reputation throughout the years for uplifting the spirits. These traditional ingredients have been known to promote the improvement of happiness, as well as a high level of well-being.

Ingredients

25 g of dried chamomile flowers; 50 g of dried vervain; 50 g of dried peppermint leaves; 50 g of dried and crushed linden flowers; 25 g of dried lavender flowers; 25 g of dried lemon balm leaves; and water.

Directions

To make this uplifting tea, you should first mix all of the herbs and store them in a dark jar. When you are ready to make the tea, take 1 to 2 teaspoons of the combined ingredients and place into a tisane cup (which is comprised of a lid, cup, strainer, and saucer) or a small teapot. Boil water and then add a cup of freshly boiled water to the cup or teapot. Next, let the mixture steep for 5-10 minutes. The last step is to strain the tea.

Sounds like an interesting mix. We'll have to try it sometime, when I get there. XD
