I can't stand this. I feel utterly ashamed and at such a loss.

Sure... we were the type of friends that could go lengths of time without talking because of life and work. Our schedules conflicted more and more than I ever thought could be possible. And we both knew it we just rolled with it. That was how strong our friendship was. SO of course... that brought about a sense of unending time that we'd have to catch up on our life events.

Not any longer.

I just sought him out tonight.... being i was off work and awake enough... his discord was deleted. The last time we spoke, was... gods... was mid july... MID JUY

He passed away on August 1st... It is September 24th... our circle was utterly small and I hadn't gotten the pleasure of meeting anyone else in his family and life despite our numerous attempts to plans a few hang outs. I can't fathom this. I'm so disgustingly angry at myself. Now that I think of it we spoke so sporadically that I don't think I even got to tell him that I had lost Elly Last year.... Why are these key few people in my life the ones to go? So far in distance and time yet closer than I've been with most... and kept our friendships due to our realistic understanding one one another.... those are the ones that I'm losing. Im so angry and morose. I feel a let down to have found out so late... but realistically... no one could tell me...

I'm so glad of the memories a have of him and the conversations we shared and the absolute rolling laughter we shared together. The games we played together and situations we talked one another through.
