I have been slowly wading through the vitamins we have here at home, so I can get my energy back, and start walking again, and lo and behold, what should I learn, but taking FISH OIL and exercising caused a greater degree of weight lose than just exercising alone....
*goes to hunt up a BIG hunk o fish to suck on...lol*
I have been curtailing my soda intake immensely, and it shows.
I have been eating more salads and veggies, and it SHOWS...
I caught Scott's cold amongst other things, so my walking has slacked off, but still-
I lost 10 pounds in the past month- and I know they will stay off because of the gradual, realistic changes I have been making-
*goes to get more water
oh yeah, I now weigh 210

Kudos on the positive life changes!! You GO Girl!!
Great job!
Suda is horrible for you...even diet. It's a big problem for me and I really should stop drinking the crap.
Thanks for being an inspiration.
:) Damn... you leave some curves on ya, because I don't hug skinny chicks. The bones poke me.
Just a warning to ya.
Exercise Routine
If you're over 40, you might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some.
Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!
SCROLL DOWN............
NOW SCROLL UP..
That's enough for the first day.
Great job.
Have a glass of wine.
decided that writing every little thing I eat is getting boring, even with my comments...lol
diet has evened out so that I am eating breakfast, and diner, and throwing fruit or oatmeal in as a snack, and drinking galons of water.
Haven't been walking, as Scott is still sick.
But I did manage to drop to 210- I'm getting there, slowly but surely, and with only minimal changes to my diet, but with exercise added. This is something I can easily stick to which was my goal all along.
Now I just have to get a job in a country bar- THAT will burn the fat off...lol
Sat.- oatmeal for breakfast. Burger King for dinner
Sun.- dinner with the folks for Kristy's and Tim's b-days. Fried chicken, subs, fries, and cole slaw- I made pecan pie for dessert for Kristy (it's her fav)
Mon. - slogged through several inches of snow after Scott went to work, added an extra block up hill
Pasta with tomato sauce for dinner, oatmeal later for snack
Tues.- STILL slogging through snow, but the resistance is helping alot. Pasta again, and oatmeal for later
*drinking lots more water.*
Wed.- Pasta again, but that is the end of the sauce. Grilled cheese for late nate snack
OJ and water to drink all day
Thur.- grilled cheese and ravioli for lunch. Scott is sick with a bad cold, so not walking today. On my second cup of tea, for both him and me
