This one goes out to all the people who have had to help someone move. I just spent the last two days ( no bullshit ) helping a girl i know move. Now it's bad enough when you are moving your own ass to a new place, but without sounding like a complete asshole i hope, .................. I hate helping people move. mission accomplished. Ugggg.

Ok VR people beware. I was watching the news this morning and came to find out that Jimmy johns subs is having a problem with E. Coli linked to the sprouts they put on their subs. Over 14 cases in the last week. And there may be many more. Come to find out 140 people last yr contracted E.coli from jimmy johns!!! E.coli symptoms- Severe stomach cramps or tenderness-Diarrhea-nausea and vomiting-Can lead to blood and kidney problems.......If you go to jimmy johns tell them NO sprouts. Man that shit is scary.

I'm so happy. A new bakery has opened up in my neighborhood, and they have the best fresh bread every day. It's a little mom and pop operation ( which i realy like ) and they are the nicest people. They are from Poland and it's cool to hear the sounds of a foreign language being spoken amid the smells of fresh baked goods. I just walked like 4 blocks in a freakin snowstorm to get some goodies in the hope that they would be open, and wouldn't yo know. They were!! ;)

Grandma's Birthday.

Yesterday was my grandmother's 83rd Birthday. I went to the Hallmark store and got her a card and went to her favorite market and got her some dried Michigan cherries. Her favorite. Bought some nice cupcakes and ice cream and spent a few hours with her at her apt enjoying her birthday!! Young folks should make time for their grandparents. You learn so much............I just love her bunches. and then some!

I went and had dinner with my 82 yr old grandmother, and my 89 yr old grandfather tonight. Went to their apt and had some home made soup and shot the shit with them for a couple hours. They are a huge amount of fun and i'm lucky to still have them around. I love listening to family history and stories of the old days. Granparents are the coolist!!!

Is it weird that my 2 cats are like totally my best friends. LOL. We understand each other, and like have our own form of communication and what not! Im a 26 yr old man in good health with sound mind ( haha i guess that is debatable.) with normal relationships with all kinds of people from different backgrounds,....................And two fucking cats are my best of friends! lol. i love these guys.

Have two myself but one really owns me. People kinda marvel that "a cat could love one person so much." Sad/funny thing is, she's beautiful so everyone wants to pet her but she quickly disabuses them of any such ideas!

Not that anyone cares but i'm pushing day 3 of my full blown insomnia. I swear i hate this shit but just cannot manage to get any sleep. Well my good buddy Insomnia is back to visit. Fuck. Anyone have any-good ideas on how to break day 2 of zero sleep? Any home remedies or ideas? All suggestions would be highly appreciated. Of course i guess i'l just pass out eventually. :/

I myself am still trying to figure this one out.

Though, meditation is a good way to 'cool down' and relax yourself to a sleeping point. Not always effective but its better than just staring at your wall for hours on end.

I would say sex but it might be out of line :p

joke aside, I found that computer screens and tv and any bright light pushes the melatonine away which is the natural hormons to sleep, and it takes at least 2 hours or more to built it up, so maybe away from any screen of any kind a lower light, a book, doing some simple thing as listening to relaxing music in a very low to no light room.

And give yourself at least 2 hours once you are away from any screen for the melantonine to built up

I find that reading a book will help aid in falling asleep, also the scent of lavender is good for helping a person relax enough to fall asleep too.

Well i recently broke my leg pretty bad, and because of that i have found myself at home more than not as of late. Knock-Knock-Knock at my door at 10 am???? Who could that possibly be i wonder to myself. Great........ it's the missionaries from a certian Utah based church. Fuck! but i am polite and listen to their well rehearsed speech, and, i send them on their merry way. Weird is the only word that comes to mind as i read the info they so kindly left for me. I don't want to be a god with my own planet in outer space!!! lol. oh well.

So my idiot of a neighbor is off on a drunk again and left his cat outside in the freezing cold. She was at my window begging to be let in. Good thing my cats hate her and i have a broken fucking leg. lol wish me luck this should be interesting! ( yes i'v brought her in. )
