I'm being called antisocial. I can understand the ones that don't know me well. But the ones that do know me, I think you are being unfair.

I AM being antisocial...but not in the way you think.

I am an Empath. Being antisocial is a basic defense mechanism to someone like me. I can't turn your shit off,so I have to isolate myself from it from time to time.

It isn't personal. On a regular day it's hard enough. But during a pandemic and everything else going on in the world...it's brutal, and I'm just trying to cope like everyone else.
