A couple of weeks ago I joined up with an arthritis group to see if I could get some info on what "natural" remedies people had tried.
I had done some homework and was amazed to find that there had been scientific studies into some treatments with fish oil ect.
However, no-one answered my questions directly on this group which I found odd, till I looked more closely at the posts, these people just had to have a safe place to "out" the pain they were in.
Heartbreaking/warming at the same time, I chose to leave the group, but was so glad they had each other.
No-body likes a smart-mouth, but it's hard reading some journals, so I must laugh as quietly as I can then sit on my hands, still, venting is good for the Soul they say and if that's true there are some goodly Souls round here :)
Odd how some people can just know first thing in the morning what to take out of the freezer for their evening meal.
My brain just doesn't work that way, not that I'm complaining about my brain as such, I'm happy it works well enough most of the time to get me through the day.

Is it because the fish oil has omega 3's? I'm curious. I can't stand fish and I'd never take fish oils. I'm always ranting about how flax seeds, which have even more omega 3's are neglected so people buy a bunch of fish oil. But that's just me.

If you can find it (natural food store) Help seed oil is really good for that too and not a thc based so you only get the omega and amino as well as a lot of other good anti inflammatory and joint coating goodness :)

Yes, I wanted to know if fish/hemp oil etc was actually a part of their treatment
