Since I was a child I had alot of strange outer body experiences. I had strange flouting feelings above my bedroom, as a child I never understood what was going, I would wake up in shock, and I lay in fear, because I thought it was ghosts, and my stomach would churn.
In my teens I gained more knowledge and understanding, that it must be a astral projection, and in my sleep, I was on the floor, and I woke up back in my bed, I thought to myself, I was sure I was on the floor. I would get dizzy feelings in my dream, as if the room was spinning fast, I found it differcult to control, as if I was aware of my physical body, it was sometimes scary, and I would try and force myself to wake up, I felt as if I was half asleep, and half awake, as if I was in 2 places at the same time, but one was physical, and the other part of me as non-physical.
I still occasionaly get these dreams to this very day, every so many month, but more intense. I dream of being in the same room, that confuses me, because I don't realise if am dreaming or not, but I am aware of my body. One night I had a dream I was moving fast, and my body was numb, I could not move my entire body, as if my soul had left my body, and there was a loud sound coming through my ears, like a engine. The noise was awful, and had no energy to shout out, I was stuck on my back, and I force myself to wake up, and all of a sudden I woke up with my heart rate beating fast, and my whole body sweating.
The most recent experience was about a month ago. This was the weirdest one. I have my altar in the living room, which is next door to my bedroom. I went into the bedroom and closed my door, and I went to bed and drifted off to sleep. I went into a dream state, and I was in the passage way looking through my living room, and there appeared to be a greyish figure, that looked like a women standing at my altar, and the passage way was dark, because I switch the light off when I go to bed. When my astral was in the passage way my bedroom door was closed, I felt I was on the other side of the door.
Then all of a sudden I woke up in my bed in shock, and took 5 minutes for my heart and breathing rate to go down. My bedroom door was closed as I left it, and my dog sleeping peacefully on the floor opposite my bed. All the time through that OBE I was in my bed, so it felt as if it was my soul, that left my physical and ended up in the passage way. My soul went back into my body, and then I woke up in my bed.
I would like to know if anyone has ever tryed astral projection exercise?
I found some formula's on a website that we could use, and I was reading about a English Occultist, Mystic, and Philosopher called Dr Paul Brunton, that wrote various books on spirtual experiences, and another called Peter Carrol, who wrote a book about chaos magic and a book on the astral projection of the body.
Dr Paul Brunton had a outer body experience of his soul seperating from his physical body, when he spend the night alone in the King's chamber at the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt.
Hello bro, thought you might like to have this for your grimoire/journal::

Using your imagination and creativity when practicing magick and meditation is an important aspect for using divination.
When you meditate it is important that you concentrate, focus and build up a picture of a enchanted magical place in your mind, it can be any place you want in your consciousness, and any mythology you want, and different methods. We should try and be scepticle and use your own ideas and methods, because we all have different skills, personalities, and we have different imaginations. We all have different spiritual paths to lead. In the Kabbalah everybodies tree of life is different, because we have different personallities, so you must create your own method and path. You have to explore and be creative with your ideas.
When you finish meditating you should always keep a diary of your experiences, like the place you were in, and the supernatural beings that you encountered along your enchanted journey.
The idea of this post is to discuss and about different types of experiences when we meditate you don't need to post every experience, just ones you feel you want to share. you could even post different ideas to improve and evaluate our meditation.
You could describe the place you were in, what it was like, and how you felt, it, and what type of journey was it, and what supernatural beings you seen or encountered along the way.
I will post my enchanted place I had in my imagination, the place that I try to go too when I meditate, and the different kingdoms I can explore in my mystical world.

Advances to Sunday, which is ruled by Sun.
It carries on in the same order every week from Sunday.
Make sure you work out the length of day and night, so you know the minutes when each planetary hour occurs for day and night.
The planetary hours are divided up into 2 parts, because the ancients knew there were 24 hours in 1 whole day.
Divide 24 over 2 = 12
12 planetary hours of the day
12 planetary hours of the night
Work out the number of daylight hours
Work out the number of night hours
The length of day and night hours varies through out the year. Imagine the hours of day and night as a balance that sways side to side as you go through the year, with light on the left of the scales and darkness on the right of the scales. In Summer there's longer hours of day, so the balance will tilt down on the left side of light, and less hours of night on the right, when the autumn equinox comes, the scales lifts back up, and balances so you get equal hours of light and darkness.
In the winter there's longer hours of darkness, the Scales will tilt down to the right side of darkness.
When the spring equinox comes, the scales will balance back up, becoming equal hours of light and darkness again.
The same cycle will carry on like that every year.
For example
14 hours of day
10 hours of night (The hours must always add to 24)
Convert hours into minutes: 60 mins = 1 hour
14 x 60 = 840 minutes
divide answer by 12 (always divide answer by 12)
840/12 = 70 minutes
Each planetary hour of the day until sunset will occur every 70 minutes. (The first planetary hour of the day always begin at sunrise, the last plantary hour of the day should be the 12th planet at sunset).
Calculate the 12 planetary hours of the night the same way, but using 10 hours.
10 x 60 = 600 minutes
600/12 = 50 minutes
Each plantary hour of the night until sunrise will occur every 50 minutes. (The first planetary hour of the night always begins at sunset, the last planetary hour the night should be the 12th planet before sunrise).
A whole new day begins after that, it carries on with the same pattern, but the hours of day and night vary through out the year.
Always work out the length of hours of day and night, before the calculations, because the minutes of planetary can change through out the months of the year.
The first planetary hour at sunrise, becomes the ruling planet of the day.
For example if the sun is the first planetary hour at sunrise, the Sun will govern and become the ruler of Sunday, making the sun become the ruling planet of Sunday. (The sun is a star, but in the ancient times they thought the sun was a planet with the Earth at the centre).
If Venus is the first planetary hour at sunrise, Venus will govern and become the ruling planet of Friday.
I will post the order of the planetary hours.

American Philosopher of religion called William Alston claimed that "humans have more then 5 senses, just as dogs and cats have senses that humans are not aware".
I beleive we can have experiences Roma, because spirits exist beyond the physical. The Egyptians beleived that the soul can be astral projected, because the soul can seperate from the physical body.
We must develop our spiritual abilities, because it's hidden in all of us.
Kant's expression and intepretation of the physical world through our 5 senses.
The painting is called the blind girl, 1856 by John Everett Millais. If you like the painting, you can download it on google images.
This is from the book: The thinker's guide to God.
"Kant claimed that the women can experience the feel of her daugther's hair as she can touch it, and can experience the music as she can hear it, but she can not experience the rainbow as she can not see it".
"For Kant, human beings cannot physically experience God, because human senses only enable objects in space and time to be experienced".
I was reading a book called The thinker's guide to God. It mentioned something about Kant's idea of the existance of God. Kant argued that nobody in this Universe can experience God in a physical way, because God has no physical existence within our Universe. We can only experience things through our 5 senses, meaning that we can only experience things that only exist in space and time.
Kant did not totally reject the idea of God, he thought of God existing outside our Universe. If God exists outside our Universe, that means we would never have any physical experience with God, because he is not part of our Universe, meaning that he has no physical existence within the Universe, and God can not be like a real physical object within space and time.
As a physics student, the only things we can experience as real, is the matter that makes up the Universe and the physical world around us. We know that objects are real, because we can touch and see them, and we can experience them though our senses. We can only physicly experience things that exist within our Universe, because all matter is part of our Universe. If a cup went into a black hole, it would be gone out of our Universe, so that means the cup has gone out of existense, because its not part of our Universe anymore. We can't experience things outside of the Universe, so if God exists outside our Universe, God would not be part of our Universe, so we would have no way of seeing him as real.

1.This card shows the origin of the current situation.
Your card is: 9. Claircognizance
Archangel Uriel: “Pay attention to thoughts and ideas that come to you, as they’re answered prayers.â€
Additional Message: “You’ve prayed for answers, and they’ve come to you in the form of repetitive thoughts telling you to take steps and make healthy changes. Don’t discount your thoughts, or think they’re just dreams or common knowledge. Your thoughts are tuned into a high frequency right now, and are trustworthy inspirations. All great inventions, new businesses, and teachings stem from this same universal source of wisdom. You’re tapped in to that Divine wisdom right now, and it’s important to notice and reward your thoughts. Then act upon these answers to your prayers!â€
Working with Archangel Uriel: Uriel’s name means “The light of God.†He’s known for his ability to enlighten our minds with Divine inspiration. Any time you need answers or insights, call upon Uriel. Working with Archangel Azrael: Azrael’s aura is a beautiful shade of vanilla cream: a very pale yellow tone. He surrounds grieving and dying persons with loving light to bring them comfort. When Azrael is around you may see eggshell-coloured twinkling lights in the room. The crystal, creamy yellow calcite is calibrated to Azrael’s energy, so holding or wearing this crystal may lend additional comfort.

Focus upon your strengths, the many lessons you’ve learned, and how good it feels to be a living example of following one’s Divine guidance.â€
Working with Archangel Gabriel: Gabriel’s name means “God is My Strength,†and this phrase describes you as well. Regardless of your background, you have the Creators strength pouring through you at all times. Gabriel can help you fearlessly tap in to this power. She’ll reassure you that it’s safe for you to be powerful, and protect you in all ways. Gabriel’s aura is copper, like her trumpet. Here is some information that I posted on Thoth a while back :) Hope you like it :)
The wisest of the Egyptian gods was Thoth (Djhuty, Djehuty, Tehuty), the baboon and ibis god of the moon. Thoth was the god who overcame the curse of Ra, allowing Nut to give birth to her five children, with his skill at games. It was he who helped Isis work the ritual to bring Osiris back from the dead, and who drove the magical poison of Set from her son, Horus with the power of his magic. He was Horus' supporter during the young god's deadly battle with his uncle Set, helping Horus with his wisdom and magic. It was Thoth who brought Tefnut, who left Egypt for Nubia in a sulk after an argument with her father, back to heaven to be reuinted with Ra.
Tefnut, the Eye of Ra, became estranged from her father and fled into Nubia, taking all of her precious water with her. In this land, she transformed herself into a lioness. She raged through the countryside, emitting flames from her eyes and nostrils. Viciously, she drank the blood and fed on the flesh of both animals and humans. As time went on, Ra missed his Eye, and longed to see her again - Egypt had dried, and the land was in chaos. He summoned Shu to him, along with Thoth, who was the messenger of the gods and famous for his eloquence. Ra issued the command that Shu and Thoth must go to Nubia and bring back his recalcitrant daughter. Before they set off on their journey Shu and Thoth disguised themselves as baboons. The baboon is an animal sacred to Thoth. Eventually, Thoth and Shu found Tefnut in Begum. Thoth began at once to try and persuade her to return to Egypt. Tefnut, however, wasn't interested. She liked hunting in the desert and was perfectly happy where she was. Thoth would not give up though, and wove stories to depict to her how gloom had descended upon Egypt since she had left. The people of Egypt would do anything for her if she'd just return home. Ultimately, wooed by Thoth's promises, Tefnut relented and returned to Egypt accompanied by the two baboons. All the way there, Thoth kept her entertained with stories. Tefnut made a triumphant entry back into the homeland, accompanied by a host of Nubian musicians, dancers and baboons. She went from city to city, bringing back moisture and water, amid great rejoicing, until finally she was reunited with her father, and restored to her rightful position as his Eye.
When Ra retired from the earth, he appointed Thoth and told him of his desire to create a Light-soul in the Duat and in the Land of the Caves, and it was over this region that the sun god appointed Thoth to rule, ordering him to keep a register of those who were there, and to mete out just punishments to them. Thoth became the representation of Ra in the afterlife, seen at the judgement of the dead in the 'Halls of the Double Ma'at'.
The Scribe-God Thoth The magical powers of Thoth were so great, that the Egyptians had tales of a 'Book of Thoth', which would allow a person who read the sacred book to become the most powerful magician in the world. The Book which "the god of wisdom wrote with his own hand" was, though, a deadly book that brought nothing but pain and tragedy to those that read it, despite finding out about the "secrets of the gods themselves" and "all that is hidden in the stars".
He was one of the earlier Egyptian gods, thought to be scribe to the gods, who kept a great library of scrolls, over which one of his wives, Seshat (the goddess of writing) was thought to be mistress. He was associated by the Egyptians with speech, literature, arts, learning. He, too, was a measurer and recorder of time, as was Seshat. Believed to be the author of the spells in the Book of the Dead, he was a helper (and punisher) of the deceased as they try to enter the underworld. In this role, his wife was Ma'at, the personification of order, who was weighed against the heart of the dead to see if they followed ma'at during their life.
Thoth was usually depicted as an ibis headed man or as a full ibis, or with the face of a dog-headed baboon and the body of a man or, again, as a full dog-headed baboon. The ibis, it is thought, had a crescent shaped beak, linking the bird to the moon. The dog-headed baboon, on the other hand, was a night animal that was seen by the Egyptians who would greet the sun with chattering noises each morning just as Thoth, the moon god, would greet Ra, the sun god, as he rose.
In keeping with his many attributes, he was depicted with a variety of symbols. As a god of Egypt, he carried the ankh, the symbol of life, in one hand, and in the other he held a scepter, the symbol of power. In the 'Book of the Dead', he was shown holding a writing palette and reed pen to record the deeds of the dead. As voice of the sun-god Ra, he carried the utchat, or Eye of Ra, the symbol of Ra's ubiquitous power. Thoth was variously depicted wearing a crescent moon on his headdress, or wearing the Atef crown, or sometimes, the crown of Upper and Lower Egypt.
Originally, Thoth was a god of creation, but was later thought to be the one who civilized men, teaching them civic and religious practices, writing, medicine, music and magic. He took on many of the roles of Seshat, until she became a dual, female version of Thoth.
The god of learning was also reputed to have been a god of measuring the passage of time, and thus the god of the Egyptian calendar. It is interesting to note that although he is related to the solar calendar in myth (where he won five extra days a year from Khonsu, the moon god), but that as a moon god himself, he was very probably closely related to Egypt's original lunar calendar:
"...Researchers of the ancient Egyptian calendar agree that the solar calendar of 360 + 5 days was not the first prehistoric calendar of that land. This 'civil' or secular calendar was introduced only after the start of dynastic rule in Egypt, i.e., after 3100 BC; according to Richard A. Parker (The Calendars of the Ancient Egyptians) it took place circa 2800 BC 'probably for administrative and fiscal purposes'. This civil calendar supplanted, or perhaps supplemented at first, the 'sacred' calendar of old. In the words of the Encyclopaedia Brittanica, 'the ancient Egyptians originally employed a calendar based on the Moon'. According to R. A. Parker (Ancient Egyptian Astronomy) that earlier calendar was, 'like that of all ancient peoples', a calendar of twelve lunar months plus a thirteenth intercalary month that kept the seasons in place."
- Zecharia Sitchin, When Time Began
Thoth's centre of worshiped was at Khmunu (Hermopolis) in Upper Egypt, where he was the creator god, in Ibis form, who laid the World Egg. The sound of his song was thought to have created four frog gods and snake goddesses who continued Thoth's song, helping the sun journey across the sky.
He was the 'One who Made Calculations Concerning the Heavens, the Stars and the Earth', the 'Reckoner of Times and of Seasons', the one who 'Measured out the Heavens and Planned the Earth'. He was 'He who Balances', the 'God of the Equilibrium' and 'Master of the Balance'. 'The Lord of the Divine Body', 'Scribe of the Company of the Gods', the 'Voice of Ra', the 'Author of Every Work on Every Branch of Knowledge, Both Human and Divine', he who understood 'all that is hidden under the heavenly vault'. Thoth was not just a scribe and friend to the gods, but central to order - ma'at - both in Egypt and in the Duat. He was 'He who Reckons the Heavens, the Counter of the Stars and the Measurer of the Earth'.

It's not too uncommon to do this i believe. Some of us just happen to catch it happening but most of the time, we don't realize we're even doing it.
