I'm so proud of my mother. She is finally going to GED classes. When I mentioned it to her a couple of months ago she just blew it off. She's actually going, she's needed this for a long time.
Shopping with my mother wasn't so bad. She didn't rush too much. She did make me try on several pairs of pants even though I wasn't really looking to buy some. I did get a pair because they are a more comfortable style than the last ones I had to buy.
So... new clothes... yay?
No, but I did get a shirt I really liked.
The weather was so nice today. I don't think it could get anymore spring.
I couldn't help taking a walk to the town pond and seeing the ducks and geese. They haven't all returned yet. And the water level hasn't quite gotten back to normal since the tornado last week. Lots of fish though.
I took a couple of my sisters with me. Their mother wasn't home yet, and I really wanted to go for a walk. 14 and 9.
I have six sisters.

It's... interesting.
I really hope I didn't get a sunburn. I get the kind of sunburns that creep up on you. You think you're just fine until six hours later you feel like you're being spit roasted.
Speaking of burns... I grabbed a cake pan that I had in the oven with my bare hand. Thankfully, it had only been in there for about two or three minutes. Unfortunately though, I had just woken up and did not respond immediately to the heat. No damage, just some tenderness, inflammation, and tingling.
I feel I should clarify that the pan wasn't IN the oven when I grabbed it. I had sat it on the stove after taking it out with the glove on, and I had just forgotten it had been in there in the first place. :/ -shrugs-
