The moonlight glows on the frosted ground

I lurk around, waiting for the sounds



I hear nothing, and turn around

Only to be meet by my fate.



Now I awake sometime in the night, afraid of all these sounds

Some unknown, others are recognizable.



I crawl slowly into a corner, only to find my wicked decent.



Falling, falling to no end

Crying, crying for it to end

Dying, dying slowly inside

All is lost

Until it's found again



I hear a thump and realize I have hit the ground again, clinging to life I meet my fate again.



My wicked decent has only just begun...
