Hubby and me just got back from picking up the daughter from her friends' house last night.......and a couple miles after picking her up from that friends house, the all popular Kvegas cops pulled us over, one cop car and one unmarked police vehicle..........they approached our vehicle with their hands on the hilts of their guns........mind you now that we are in the hubby's car........a toyota highlander SUV with a firefighter red light in the dash, firefighter license tag, and firefighter sticker on the back window.



We were like WTF? we weren't speeding or anything.........the cop asks hubby for his drivers license after he shines his flashlight in our vehicle at me and at my daughter in the backseat.........the cop did NOT ask for registration and proof of insurance.



he took the license back to his police vehicle talking on his radio, etc...then came back and asked us where we were coming from and doing.



hubby said "picking up my daughter and now on our way home" then cop asked hubby if he was a firefighter......and hubby said yea, part-time at beesons in kville and fulltime with the city of winston salem.



then the cop got all nice and said "well here is the deal, we are looking for an individual that has been reported in the area that you were just in, do you know who "so and so" is?



and we said no............he told us to have a good night.





how freaking weird is that.............they had to be watching the area where my daughter's friend lives or something.



whew! my heart was beating so fast!!!

Hmmm,, i think you really need to have a talk with your daughter and maybe do some investigating on your own.. to see whats really happening..

yep! you are absolutely right! and we found out today they were looking for two boys that broke into a house...........these boys happened to be friends of my daughters boyfriend's older brother....and of course have been over to their house before.



anyways, both boys were found and arrested last night.
