I have had that happen many times, it is either a ghost or a weird phenomena.

It definitely is possible. I have two cats but I feel a third cat here. Husband has even experienced it. :)

Either a cat has lived there or will live there.

We had similar occurrences in our home in the first year and a half that we lived here. I assumed that it was possibly reverberations of the past but this house has only been here since about 2000.

We saw a dark grey or tabby, a white cat and an orange cat. I saw a tabby kitten with green eyes and this was before we had cats. We felt animals walk on us and lay on us in the middle of the night. My daughter was disturbed by meows and scratches on her closet and front door. For some reason her room is very attractive to all of the cats. It always has been.

I think that our specters were our current pets visiting us before they were even born by virtue of their ability to exist in multiple time periods all at once.

I have had this happen before to my feet and toes at night! I don't know what it is!

Maybe a recently deceased cat is seeking a new home. If so, that's cool, I love cats. ^_^ Guess it sees how I treat the my two living cats and wants some of that loving attention again. :)
