Tiny Changes...

...in my profile.

Tiny changes...in my wine.

OOPS!!!! *severe scratching vinyl sound*

...that was Tiny Bubbles in my Wine by Don Ho.

I like to tweak "little things" here and there as I change. I wonder if anyone can spot what I changed on my profile.

Doubtful...

and I am NOT announcing anything in the forum about anything. After a while I think some of us get tired of the forum or trying to find interesting to things to look at. I like clever and I so rarely see it. I used to admire it in someone that I had considered a friend until ...well never mind. The point is - clever is looking at people's journals and for people to tell their friends that that is where they can find out what is happening in the VR world.

I enjoyed reading Vanish's journal earlier too - I don't know what situation she is referring to (hell, it could be me and Ass Goblin for all I know) but it MADE ME LAUGH! A MIGHTY HA HA HA!

VR Drama DOES exist! And I, for one, giggle my ass off in its general direction everyday! HA HA HA!!!

So, anyway, yeah...I updated my profile just a itty bitty bit - woo fucking hoo.

Once upon a time near a strange western city behind a high wall overgrown with ivy lived a girl who was a woman, but she was still a girl. She had survived so many tragic moments and was still alone without a true friend in her life. She had always valued honesty, loyalty and dignity in her companions but had yet to meet a boy that would honor her as a person and give her the gifts of love and freedom simultaneously. She had many “Friends” – never fear about that, but none of them had proved to be “true blue” as the saying goes. They loved her, to be sure, and thought the world of her and her accomplishments – but something was always missing. So she hid herself behind the wall in a garden to conceal the pain of never feeling truly wanted or cared for. She continued to hope and case her beautiful misty eyes at the moon each evening yearning for a golden friend and treasured companion. She waited and tried to remain strong in faith and to keep her love alive. But as time passed, she fell into despair.

At the same time, not too far away there was a boy who was a man, but he was still a boy. He had fought so many battles for causes he rarely understood – but his strengths were honesty, courage, bravery and loyalty. He never lowered his dignified head when a problem confronted him. Sometimes his demons were his own, but he always overcame them and lived to fight another day. He was also alone and had been searching for a friend, a sterling companion with whom he could share his ideas and dreams – someone who would reflect his beliefs with shining truth and always remain faithful to him. So far he had had no luck, and had almost resigned himself to always tending to his life on his own with no one else to care.

Quite by chance the girl had been given a monkey as a present. The monkey was affable, energetic and always flitting from tree to tree searching for more bananas. He sometimes wandered a little too far and wouldn’t be seen on the grounds behind the walls for days. The monkey began to wander father from his home and brought back strange tales to the girl of the outside world. The monkey always tried to get the girl to go with him on these excursions, but her fear of falling had kept her behind the wall and the shame of her failures kept her from opening up her heart to love.

One day the boy was out fighting the usual demons when he spotted the monkey who had caught his tail in a tree. The boy laughed at the monkey’s predicament but rescued him anyway. They shared their stories and began spending time together getting into mischief. The boy thought that maybe he had finally found a friend. The monkey has spent a lot of time away from the girl though and finally told the boy about the girl behind the wall. The boy thought that maybe he could help the girl to escape, but the monkey wasn’t so sure. “She is a very delicate girl, Boy,” the monkey said, “and she resists all attempts to get her to climb the wall for she has lost her faith in her ability to love. She has been terribly wounded and even I am not sure if she will ever wander forth from the walled garden again.” The boy continued to question himself and his abilities that maybe he could be the hero in the girl’s quandary. He and the monkey played on , but the boy would often thing of the girl. The boy convinced the monkey to let him try to help the girl. So they set out for the walled garden.

...to be continued....
