Go into a place where you wont be disturbed for as long as 15 minutes. Go some where that has a hard wood floor or some place you dont mind getting baby powder on. Place the powder in the shape of a pentagram. Then place the rose in the middle of the pentagram. Take the candles and set them on each point of the pentagram. Now take the mirror and look into it and recite, " I need to change my mortal coil. (say what ever you want to change about your appearence.) I now ask upon the goddesses to change these things about me. I am aware of your powers and I ask this one small thing. So mote it be." You wont see the change only other people will.
