As tornadoes bore down on southern Minnesota, Angie Woodside called her in-laws and said they should rush to her house west of Albert Lea, where there was a basement to take cover. Her mother-in-law, Kathy Woodside, refused.



"She told me she would not go down in one," Angie Woodside said Friday, a day after Kathy was killed when a tornado tossed her 200 feet from her house into a nearby field. "She just thought the whole thing would collapse on top of her. She would rather not be underneath everything."



Kathy Woodside, 66, was one of three people killed Thursday by a turbulent system that fueled twisters across Minnesota. Also killed were two northwestern Minnesota residents: Margie Schulke, 79, of Almora, whose home was destroyed by a tornado; and Wes Michaels, 58, of Mentor, whose gas station was leveled.



Dozens more were injured, including Kathy Woodside's husband, Ron, who was hospitalized Friday in Rochester. The storms damaged several hundred homes and buildings and toppled trees and power lines. The most serious damage was in the northwestern Minnesota city of Wadena, where officials reported 232 homes were hit, and in a rural area just west of Albert Lea, where about 60 rural properties saw damage.

Did you miss me? I'm back, after 2 weeks with Kaoru and Namine. Spent most my time with my daughter and Namine, amongst working in the yard and pool. Hopefully helped them out alot. Not sure. Anyways I have a lot of pictures from my daughters b-day that they decided to hold when I got there. Also got to go to an anime shop that was fun I did get a few things that are really neat I'll get pictures of those as soon as I can. School starts up again, but my schedule is wonky no class on Monday's Tues and Wed are my core classes. Thursday and Friday are my generals. Friday I have an online class, I'm not sure exactly how I'm going to pull that one off being I'll need to be in absolute quiet and I can't really get that were I am staying. Namine asked me to just try to find a school there that I can transfer to. But the schools accreditation is usually non transferable. I have only 1 year left so I may as well finish it here. According to the new Game Design head lead , I don't have many general eds left hence why I have an online classes. So I may be done sooner then i thought. Currently they have me graduating in 7/10/2011





ok so I find that I may have 2 weeks in November 8-21 Fall Break so who knows why my My next vacation is only a week in December which really bites I'm not 100% sure I'll keep this updated 12/24-1/2 is currently the December break.
