Depression motherf**ker! Yay. Not.
October has an odd impact on my brain chemicals. As of the first week of the month I became hyperactive and alternately sullen. Over the last week I've had days of ridiculous chatter and a few days of silence, sullen and depressing emptiness.
I wish I knew how to get rid of this.

Seasonal depression? Not sure where you live, but here we have days of sun, then days of the gloomiest gloom. I know some people get seasonal depression around this time of year when the sun isn't out as much. If you notice a pattern of feeling down when the weather is bad, try some vitamin D supplements :)

Damnit, F beat me to it. lol
If you want, you could always try the medication route, but that may be hard, because you'd either have to take them constantly, or start-and-stop taking them depending on the weather, which isn't good - it'd throw your chemicals waaaay out the door.
