Past few days have been more stressful than joyous. I got the keys to my new apartment ... but got a shocked when I got there.
They place was in such a bad state! Way different from when I initially viewed it.

I know I am going to renovate the entire house ... but still feel a bit disappointed that they hid so much damage with furniture and rugs.

What if I wasn't going to redo the place? It isn't move in condition!

Anyway ... thank god for my Interior Designer. He comforted and reassured me that he will take care of everything. His exact words were ... "Don't worry sis ... you are in good hands".

Just to list a few things that shocked the crap out of me ...
Holes in the wall that was filled up with cement ... without paint touch ups.
Damaged overlay viynl flooring that are damaged and ripped apart.
Broken water pipes.
Termites! Disgusting termites!!!

So god help me! I need to mental and emotional strength to get through this.

You should gut the estate agent for hiding that from you. Unfortunately its not uncommon. They want money and will do anything to make sure they get a sale, including hiding the flaws.
