Worn out. Hubby and I cleaned out the office...mostly. He quit before me this time!!
But......now..gotta get ready for classes tomorrow. I will go from 10-4 teaching then 5:30 - 8:30 taking with an hour drive to get there. Sigh.
Tired already thinking about tomorrow!
8 month surviversary

Some of you will get this some won't...but I had TWO wow moments today. The first was when I weighed this morning. I did not believe what I saw so I got off and on the scales three times! Yesterday was my 8 month surgiversary with a sleeve. Today...I am down 93 pounds!!
Then....this afternoon when I got home from work, I was able to get on the riding lawn mower and mow for an hour and a half! People probably thought I was crazy as I mowed with this HUGE grin and some chuckling as I enjoyed the mowing, the blue skies, the music and the fact that I was skinny/energetic enough to do it!!

As those that actually read my journal know, I run a Civil War event. I got a call last week from a person of foreign language. He sounded Pakistani or Indian. He wanted to know if he could come sell his items to our event. I said it depends on what his items were. He gave me a web site to review and I did.
I tried to call him back at the number on my caller id. It said it was not in service. Hmmm. I retried the 344 area code number. Again not in service. HMMMMM
So I sent him an email from his website and said that his items fit into the event and that we did not discriminate so sure he was welcome to attend.
Well....today he calls back. He said he needed documentation from me inviting him to the event for......wait for it........for his VISA. He doesn't LIVE here.
Well.
So...I told him I didn't think I could do that as my hubby works for an immigration call center. Then he said, "Do not ask them if I can come, TELL them you will be having me attend and they will pass my visa."
I would have never thought someone would solicit little ole me in rural southeastern Kentucky to get a visa for a person to sell Civil War items for one weekend. WHO DOES THAT?

LONG Day for me. Started with a meeting at 8. Drove to the next town for PT at 10 which WORE ME OUT! I will probably be really sore in the morning.
Then student advising and office work until 6:30.
Luckily, I have a hubby that called when I was leaving work.....and wanted to know which one of us was picking up the pizza since he knew I would be tired too.
I do love that guy! :)
