You don’t have to defend or explain your decisions to anyone. It’s your life. Life it as you will and live it without apologies. Bohdi Sanders
Too many people live their life walking on glass in order to not offend someone else. Almost every decision they make is based on whether someone else may or may not approve of it. They carefully watch what they say, what they do, where they go, and even what they wear, in order to make sure that they fit in with the crowd or do not upset anyone else. That is no way to live your life!
You were not put on this earth to please everyone else or to live your life as someone else sees fit. You are a unique individual. There is literally nobody on this planet who is exactly like you; so why should you live your life trying to be like other people or according to other people’s rules? You shouldn’t!
Let’s get one thing perfectly clear – you don’t have to defend or explain your personal decisions to anyone. It’s your life. Live it as you see fit and live it without apologies. Have the courage to be who you were meant to be; have the courage to be unapologetically yourself! Let people see the real you.
Think about all the amazing inventions, art, music, and great books that we have. We would not have any of those if those inventors, artists, musicians, and authors had tried to be like everyone else instead of following their own path. If you want to live your life your way, you must stop worrying about pleasing everyone else all the time.
Break free of those chains! You will never consistently have inner peace in your life if you are always worried about what other people think about your decisions or your actions. Stop living for others’ approval, and start trusting yourself. Start being unapologetically yourself in every situation and let the chips fall where they may. Bohdi Sanders ~
There is no such thing as failure unless it is accepted as such. Every defeat is temporary unless you give up and allow it to become permanent. In fact, temporary defeat often makes us stronger and more capable. Each time we try and fail, we learn something that helps prepare us for eventual success.
Only in the classroom is there a single correct answer for every problem. If you try an approach that doesn’t work, try something else. When you view adversity as nothing more than a learning experience, your successes in life will far outnumber your failures.
