My life is odd, weird.



One thing would happen in my life, eg: I get lost in a part of the city by making an 'educated' guess (and when lost, refuse to ask for directions). I learn the names of some streets.



Then months or years later, I have business in that part of the city, thanks to my earlier misadventure, I now have an advantage.



My most recent full circles lead me to 2 things:

1) The homeless and street kids of Toronto, ie: my girlfriend and her friends.

2) Drugs: weed and cocaine.



My girlfriend, her friends, my friends and my sister smokes weed. 3 of my friends quit as did my sister.



My sister's problem with cocaine involves her boyfriend. My sister hates it when he uses it. But all his friends does it, it is the only life he knows. He creeps me out.



He would use coke in secret (my sis and his mom dont approve), then acts all weird and cant sleep. He plays videogames all night long, no sleep, then calls in to work: sick.



I dont know how to deal with weed smokers and my sis's boyfriend.



I have found that weed smokers think they are ALL high and mighty, they all think that "weed is a soft drug that dont damage the body. Do not damage relationships with friends, family, boy/girl friends.



If everyone smoked weed, the world have be a better place. Drivers, high on weed are the best drivers on the road."



I need advice. These people are full of shit

They say there are strangers, who threaten us, "immigrants and infidels. There is a strangeness to them, they are too dangerous."





In our theatres and bookstore shelves, Those who know what's best for us must rise and save us from ourselves. We are Quick to judge, quick to anger, slow to understand. Ignorance, prejudice and fear, Walk hand in hand.

Not all of us support him...remember he wasn't elected, he was appointed by the judges. What I find disturbing about Bush, is the parallels between him and Hitler...I'm a serious student of history...the comparisons are there, believe me...and I am not alone. Does it bother anyone that this is the first president in the 20th century to----repeatedly---be compared to Hitler???



If you don't believe me, check out publications like "The Nation" and surf the Internet....This has been going on for the past two years, and more frequently lately...Hitler used people's paranoias to scare the population into a war....study Hitlers propaganda techniques and the circumstances leading up to his coming into power, and you'll see that in some sense, history really does repeat itself....



I am not saying that Bush is like Hitler totally, I'm sure in his own mind he means well...but his administration and the media are using propaganda...



.EXAMPLE: In January, a jet crashed with foreign tourists in Egypt...the media in America jumped to the conclusion that it "might be" terrorists. The media in Europe never mentioned terrorism...instead they concentrated on the victims, cause of the crash....which turned out to be a mechanical failure, no terrorism at all. America's media seldom gives the full story, but just snippets of meaningless crap, designed to pull in ratings, and not to educate and inform. Pick any current event you like...has the media given the full story on it--15 minutes or more? Have they followed up on the story? (I'm talking politically) Does American media give lots of airtime to other countries and their stories? Is American media unbiased? And when the media does give opposing or well informed points of view, when do they show it? Friday night at 3 am? Sunday morning? Midnight, 6 in the morning?



EXAMPLE: George bush and his AXIS of Evil.....keep people paranoid about what other countries might do to them, and they get too scared to think properly....have you ever been scared...do you think properly when you're scared...? Hitler used this same EXACT technique! Bush uses small words/sentiences when he speaks...choppy snippets that are essentially meaningless, but sound good to anyone who wants a suppository speech that they don't have to digest fully. Hitler yelled bits of propaganda, Bush forcefully pushes propaganda in his speeches...



GET THIS STRAIGHT: NOT ALL AMERICANS SUPPORT GEORGE BUSH! Anyone who says I'm anti=American for being against Bush, welll...where were you when the republicans wanted to impeach Clinton and insulted his wife Hilary?? Huh??? Hypocrites!



Don't make excuses for yourself, that's what non-thinkers, the lazy, and the cowardly do...take responsibility for your thoughts and actions...Bush doesn't! Do you? Bush admitted PUBLICLY that he "doesn't like intellectuals." If that doesn't bother you, then you are part of the problem, like it or not....Thinking is the foundation of democracy!





..if you don't think about this, then your opinions are already diminished in my mind. Personally, if Bush and/or one of his pack were to die of a heart attack tomorrow, I wouldn't be sad (except for his family of course)...sounds terrible, but you can't run away from the truth...the truth never goes away, it's always there. AGREE/DISAGREE?
