I stand here in the dark awaiting,

lonely and cold,

I feel nothing anymore only sense pain,

I wonder through the void hopelessly,

Never knowing if I will find the light that awaits at the end of the journey.



I partook this journey into the dark in search of the self,

In search of my love,

In search of my desire to live forever.



T the end of this journey there is no light,

only an ocean of blood awaiting me,

I wade out into it to be drowned,

I see my love, my desire, my life as it appears to the void.



Nothing but darkness.
