Being numb to BS and Pain (depending on how one medicates) and living alone is Awesome!
However, don't allow the actions of one or a few have you close yourself off to the "possibility" of meeting someone who is compatible with you.
There are more than 7 Billion people on Earth. We even have the means to connect with many of them. So why not leave your beliefs and your best life until meeting one of them that, although may not be perfect, could be just perfect for you?
Just my personal opinion.

I felt like that though when I ended a 5-year relationship and I think it's normal to feel like that at first. You need a healing period. I had made myself a promise I was just going stay single for a few years and about 5 months after I had made that promise to myself... Liliancat walked into my life. You need time to heal, make this your ME Time. Do some good things for yourself and important to take time to heal.
