Well... the suitcase is put away... the contents of it are on my bed.. BUT it's not on my living room floor anymore! LOL!

Maybe it's better than packing up all those cards you had to do recently.

I dunno... that's a tough call. The cards weren't so bad.... The worst part about that was sitting on the floor for long periods of time. Today's tasks involve a lot of moving and so forth. Either way both activities are painful for my back. I am handling it best I can by doing a bit then sitting for a break to let my back have a rest and then going back at it. :) Even if I am unable to tackle the entire task list today, getting any amount of it accomplished is better than nothing. :)

That's true. And just think the things you need to put away and such isn't going anywhere and you don't have to feed them. 😂

While you do live decently close by, even if you did come to help you likely would turn and walk right back out. LOL! Space is an issue, we have honestly outgrown this place and in the future we plan to purchase a bigger place. I appreciate the thought though. :D Feeding the kid is on the list of tasks though... I didn't type that one out because its a duh. lol.

I hope you were able to get enough done to feel progress. When family is first, you have to give yourself grace. I think you're doing better than you think you are!

We're nearly finished with our school lessons. There has been some struggle with one subject today and some lack of motivation on his part. I haven't accomplished near half the list due to that, but I still have some time before bed once school is finished to at least get a bit more accomplished. Grace is definitely a must right now... sometimes it is hard to allow it though. I think if I can get at least my living room accomplished today I could give myself grace on the other things. :) Thanks for the positive thoughts! :)

I got just a little accomplished... nowhere near what I wanted... the kiddo was difficult about his English work and that really just brought the day down. Today has been an exhausting day so I am not doing a dang thing and will work on more tomorrow. It is what it is and we just have to go with the flow. :)

I love it. I raised 3 great kids, and I am remembering those days as I read this. You're a rockstar!

I definitely understand how you feel, about outgrowing your place. We need a larger one too, because our family is growing as well. ;) Looks like you had a very productive day though and I'm cheering you on!

I wish it had been more productive than it actually was! I only made it to a very small portion of that list! I did however just clean my bathroom finally and our school bookshelf area (in the living room), now it's time for a sit down then back to it. Slow and steady wins the race in this case. lol.
