I add 2 8 oz cans of tomato paste to thicken it even more. You can also add sausage or any other veggies you like when you do the onion. Extra cheese is good too.

I make a Hungarian goulash that is well liked, but it is a labor of love. lol. That one is way different and sounds less difficult. May be worth seeing if the kiddo likes it. :) Thank you!

It is super easy. I make half a batch since it is just me and the hubs. It still makes a lot and has a ton of flavor. I made this recipe recently as I have been looking for new stuff. Not as kid friendly but you could always spin it with some other twist.

Another easy thing is to go to Walmart and get the cheap Italian bread they sell by the deli area. Cut it in half in the middle and then half the 2 pieces to make 4. Grab your fave pizza sauce and make pizza bread. Everyone gets to top their own so all are happy. It's great when you have people that like different toppings.

Oh that is funny! I have stuffed bell peppers on my menu for Tuesday! Not Philly stuffed ones but still. My kiddo may dig the Philly ones even better honestly.
The Italian bread pizza is a good idea. We occasionally enjoy making our own mini pizzas with the little crusts that are sold in the market.
Have you ever made fried ravioli? It's super good.

Never tried fried ravioli. I have some ravioli in the freezer. May have to try that.

YES! Its super easy too. Gives it a different spin if you get tired of the same ole' same ole' You just soak them in whatever you prefer (beaten egg, butter milk, etc) and then use bread crumbs and whatever seasonings you like and I like to add grated parm to the breading as well, bread them and then fry them. Make some marinara sauce for dipping. YUM!

Ah, the eternal question of "what's for dinner?" It can be tough to come up with new and exciting meal ideas, especially when trying to please everyone in the family.
One idea is to try cooking some international cuisine. It can be a fun way to introduce new flavors and ingredients, and there are plenty of kid-friendly options out there. Some ideas include:
- Homemade pizza with toppings of your choice
- Chicken tikka masala with naan and rice
- Vegetable stir-fry with noodles or rice
- Tacos with ground beef or shredded chicken
- Spaghetti and meatballs with a side salad
- Fried rice with veggies and tofu or chicken
- Quesadillas with cheese and veggies or chicken
- Ramen with boiled eggs and greens
- Fried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans
The list goes on and on! Don't be afraid to experiment with new recipes and flavors, and involve the kids in the cooking process to get them excited about trying new dishes. Happy cooking!

Ty, TylorBrooks.... trust me... I am not afraid to experiment. lol. I cook A LOT and even well over half the ones you mention. :) I just thought by asking the community what their favorite meals were, it may give me an idea of something I've not tried yet. :) I appreciate your input and thoughts on the subject though.
