Even if everything Wendy/Aracon/Ceras says in this message chain is true (Probability .000000001%), it all boils down to the fact that Wendy was the one that originally released the information (in the form of pointing people to a website that contained information pertaining to her parents).

Oh you have the right to file suit against Zilaheteb in a court of law. You would have to prove defamation and damages.



Vampire Rave is a content provider. We aren't the ones saying these things about you. If you file suit Vampire Rave would provide any and all evidence your attorneys requested, assuming such requests were reasonable.



You're asking VR to squelch someone else's speech because you disagree with it. We don't do that.

Real name is not enough, as there are many Wendy Eversen's in the world. It must be real name + address and/or phone number.



I have reviewed the document and there is no personally identifiable information in it. There are no phone numbers, addresses, etc. There is only city/country, and the contact details for a funeral home.



There is no way to locate you via this document, so there is no reason to take it down.

I would like to make a formal complaint against Zilaheteb. She is showing a fake document accusing me of circulating it. I did NOT create it and I certainly did NOT circulate it. In fact, it is very derogatory as are most of her journal entries and some of the members pages. I have already reported that same document to Photobucket and they tore it down because it was an infringement, now she has it stored at her Vita Coven's storage space and it again appears in her journal. I have done nothing to warrant her obsessive behavior and have kept quiet until now. Please do something in regards to her?
