You see, there are people that have an invisible mark on their souls. An indelible mark on their being, on who they truly are. These people are, shall we say special. I do not mean that they are stars or are powerful business people but special on a level that is not tangible save to their own kind.



Many of these people are looking to find things that are not lost. Things that are in their heart, their soul is marked with them, their life force exudes them, the very fiber of their being screams out that there is something more and yet, they are unable to see these things until the scales have been removed from their eyes.



These souls are usually old and understand that they need to be free even if their mortal coil does not know this yet. Unfortunately, flesh is soft and it succumbs to weakness and these special people turn to release instead of evolving into what they really are. This is always unfortunate, as they do not understand that the taking of ones own life is not actual release but a sentence to walk the earth and they will once again have to return, perhaps not as a being to their liking.



Ah, but I digress. I once knew such a person one of these special marked few. One who did indeed know that there was something more to their existence and found out all too well how special they really were.
