1.)get into zone. Cast circle. Relax the mind.Get ready for mental focus



2.) Imagine a time when you felt electricity in your hands. Remember how the shock felt. The sting. The feeling of your nerves pulsing as it passes through them. Feel the hairs raise up like static. Feel this feeling traveling down to your hands



3.)Now begin to pool this feeling into your hands. Feel it growing in intensity. Feel it charging up into a straight pole or spear of electricity



4.)Now pretend its a real spear. place you intent into this spear of explosion. Aim with it at the target in question. Feel its weight. Make it as believable to yourself as possible.



5.) Now throw and realse this spear as hard as you can...feel it fly through the air almost instantly at the target. Feel it leaving your hand. When you feel it hit...imagine the target exploding and vaporizing the target into smoke....that smells like electric ions.
