I have made the decision to change my path from dentistry to Child Welfare Social work. I had planned on getting back to school and getting my degree in dentistry, but I feel my calling is helping children that are being abused. I have an appointment in two weeks with a crisis counselor. Keeping fingers crossed

I lost interest in dentistry after school closing due to covid.

My thought today is:
I get so overwhelmed sometimes by the bullshit that goes on, on this website so I feel this true.( I think )

Logic will get us so far in solving unruly people problems. We must understand the emotion motivating it in order to comprehend why people do the unthinkable because of the absent of logic. We make the most profound choices in our lives because these choices are often deeply connected to our emotions which I feel we need to learn to disconnect from our emotions. Idk I still stick to my earlier thought as well. You cannot reason with " Crazy". It's almost Impossible!

You know what I find the easiest way to deal with crazy, drama or b.s. is? I utilize the block button and never give them a second thought. I don't have time for the things and people that do not bring me joy and they are not worth the time it takes to dwell on them. :D

I agree C but this one person is nothing but trouble for 90% of this website. There's no help for her, she gets her surge of excitement being the most horrible person she can be.

Well, no matter who it is.... if you block and ignore someone causing you issues and others were to do the same if they are being bothered... eventually the issues would stop. A person can only cause trouble for you or anyone on a website if you give them the power to do so. Journals being written in or posts being made... so what? They're only words and have no real impact on daily life, just as blocking and low ratings don't as well. If you ignore a trouble maker online they are no longer your issue. That's just my two cents and the way I choose to handle things. If a person is not bringing me joy or is impacting me in a negative way, I choose to block them and ignore them.

Have you ever had someone come into your life that seems to complete you right away? Someone who seems to know you better than you know yourself. Someone that feeds your mind,your soul, your darkest desires.

Someone you fall completely into a realm that seems full of love and desire but then find out that things could never work out? I have and I feel lost but at the same time I feel I have been given a gift just to been able to connect with her. One thing I do know, my life is a better place to have gotten the privilege of knowing her. Thank you is what I want to say to her.
