While we were waiting for my daughters test at the DMV yesterday, a teenager had just finished his test, came back in the waiting room and talked to his dad. His dad said something like "So did they flunk you", to which which the boy said yes. The boy and his dad left.



This freaked my daughter a bit. She now was worried that the driving examiner was a tough one. The boy and his dad then came back in and asked if anyone here owned a blue chevy minivan. The kid hit the car in the parking lot during his driving test. Hitting a car is an automatic flunk.



My daughter was quite relieved. Her driving test went well, she passed.

Right on, but then again....lol. I remember when my daughter got her license, oy, eventually she totaled my Pathfinder. I think I liked her better before she got her license ...

I take my hat off to anyone who drives as there are a lot of bad drivers in this world and i for one refuse to be one of them so that is why i take public transport at all times lol

I've been busy working on the house the past month or two. Painted the interior, put in a tile floor in the kitchen, had new carpeting installed in the living room and dining room.



As expected, the prep work takes the most time. Taping, edging, patching nicks, etc.. The entry way is two stories, lots of time on the ladder. From there it is a roller with an extender. Even the kids could do it.



It looks nice "Timeless Taupe". Sort of a light mocha, tan color. My wife picked it out. Works well with the wood work.

sounds like you have been busy and it sounds really nice. We just did our entry and hallway with lamenated wood planks andI love it with our beige walls. :)
