i relly wanna go to this thing but im not to sure if i can get all the money by 4-20 is there a way i can make a pament plan or do i have to have it all by april 20 since its not till aug 1 ill have more then enoff to make it there

You can book after April 20th - however, the hotel will not hold the rooms indefinetely. On April 21st, they take back all unbooked rooms.

If you decide to go after April 20th and there are rooms available, I can book you. However, it will be at whatever the price is, at the time you do book. Which means it will be a higher fare since I was given a seriously discounted rate for blocking the rooms so far in adance.

I personaly put the money down for the rooms out of my own pocket last year. So any rooms I do not release on April 21st, the hotel charges me full price for.

my work stops me from being able to plan that far in advance for the vr meet-up... i previously paid a deposit, but my question is what is the lastest we can still pay and attend the vr meet-up ?

final payments were attemped the last week of April, and on May 1st.

If your final did not go through, the reservation had to be canceled.

On May 1st, I was charged 500.00 for every room I had on hold that I did not cancel ON May 1st. so they had to be released, as I cannot afford to pay for peoples rooms that hadnt paid their final payment.
