I noticed a new member saying he was into "blood lusting" and recently "did it" with his girl friend. Thought I'd shed some light on the topic for newbies or anyone interested. After all, we wuoldn't wan't our members running around killing each other, aye?

Killer instinct, in human behavior, is a reference to the human propensity to kill, murder. It may also refer to killing an opponent in a less literal sense.

While this is true for me its also a addiction. If I go wihout blood for more then a few months I go through a stage similar to smokers who have gone without a cig. Probly just me but I though I should post it.

am im preety new to this whole vampire thing and well i have only been awakend for almost 8 months now and it is driving me crazy i have now fead from nothing and in fact i am all three types of vampire sang sexual and energy i am weak all the time and i sleep threw the whole day it is driving me mad is there anyway someone can teach me to fead at least threw energy cause all of you may think i am cute on here but trust me i have not gotten laid for about 5 months now so i know i will not fead that way....

It's something of an outside in view of things. Obviously, the lack of scientificly defineable evidence will forever scew the mainstream world. Still, one can never see an event from too many points of view.

Im actualy supprised for once here. there are few that would go to any lengths for newcomers (online in general not exclusive to here) but to actually go ahead and explain that is totaly awesome! "Hematolagnia" is a nice word, new to me, but clear enough. Another important word is "CAUTION." Anybody involved with erotic blood play has to take the same precautions one takes with sperm or vaginal fluids in any kind of sex play -- or as IV users sharing needles.

Drinking or exposing oneself to another's blood can spread HIV, hepatitis, syphillis or other diseases. If you must share any sharps (needles, scalpels, anything that breaks skin) be sure to clean your tools and toys THOROUGHLY. Usually a good rubdown with bleach or rubbing alcohol or peroxide is good. Anybody sharing needles should draw bleach through the needles and then sterile water.

Personally, I want to say Kudos to Vlad for his posting, although HONESTLY, why even attempt to sterilize your tools unless they are expensive. Get a sharps container and dispose of them after use. That guarantees no disease if the item was sterile to begin with.

If you have "expensive toys" then invest in an auto clave. You will still have to use a bleach solution but between that and autoclaving it, you are less likely to infect someone.

I have noticed that while in some siduations shareing blood with some one is intimate but not sexual at all.
Although i do seem to find my self attracted sexualy to id say 80% of previous partners..(BTW i was , am and always will be sd safe as one can be ), as to the biteing and fetish part.. that takes a back seat fo me..i crave the taste, the feelings ect.
