I have a few questions about legal and TOS. First, section 17: member conduct.

Upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;

Harm minors in any way as seen by vampireRave.com or applicable law;

For example, let's just say for argument sake someone is using a name brand energy drink as their avatar with the open to all sexual dominion of minors implied by their content. Do these TOS apply?

You see in my past when I was asleep a lot I would just skip to bottom of TOS and get to the good stuff so to speak. Now that I'm more awake I find such things intriguing for a multitude of reasons. :)

Also perhaps there are others of the dragon tongue(dyslexics) that won't ask questions for insecurities sake and this thread might prove informative.

Ok no responses. A tough crowd I guess a comedian would say here. But I still intend to go over the TOS and give an example of it's meaning. If it is to be a soliloquy, so be it.
