Instead of ships you have 6 distinct Imperial ships and 6 distinct Republic ships that are made of a rubber like material that can get deformed in shape since not plastic. For the Republic you have the Star Cruiser(AC Carrier), Millennium Falcon(Battleship), X Wing(Submarine), Naboo Star Fighter(Destroyer), and the Jedi Star Fighter(Patrol). For the Imperial you have the Star Destroyer, Sith Infiltrator, Tie Interceptor, Droid Star Fighter, and Slave 1. The unit itself has its own Star Wars colors and backrounds to it. Where you put your ships you have Outerspace instead of water. The unit is black instead of grey. You have the same blue, red, and white pegs though. OK on to the game. Having played the Advanced Missions Battleship you will see a slight difference with Star Wars.
