Upiori (
pronounced You-pee-or-ee), is the ancient language of the vampire race. A powerful language that combines both communication and mysticism, it was lost and forgotten in the modern age. It is said Upiori can only be translated via computers. It is said Upiori's structure is so complex that no mind, not even a modern-day vampire mind, can possibly comprehend the language, let alone speak it.
Taking the written form of complex symbols, the structure of Upiori remains a mystery. Vampires have tried for several hundred years to reclaim the knowledge they lost. It was not until very recently that Vampire Rave unlocked some of the mysteries of Upiori. Utilizing a centralized mainframe server, Vampire Rave members can now communicate via this arcane language.
Although comprehension of the language still remains beyond the grasp of modern day vampires, Vampire Rave members can send messages back and forth in the ancient tongue. To do so, follow these steps:
First, you must download and install the Upiori font. You can download the font here.
After the font is installed, verify it is working correctly by reloading this page. If Upiori text appears at the top of this page, you have installed the font correctly.
Next, go to the message center and create a new message. To test it out, send a message to yourself.
Near the bottom, just above the send button, there is a field for Upiori Key. This key is required and may be any sequence of alpha-numeric characters (plus the space and period), up to 50 characters in length.
Click send. You've just sent yourself an encoded message. |
Only premium members can send messages that have been converted into Upiori. Regular members can receive and decode messages, but they cannot create them. Make sure members you send messages to have also installed the Upiori font.
To decode a message back into the common tongue, enter the Upiori key. If you enter the incorrect key, the message will decode incorrectly. If you send an encoded message, the copy saved in your sent box is also encoded.
If you reply to an encrypted message, your reply is auto-encoded using the original Upiori key. You cannot change the key unless you create a new message chain.
Uses of Upiori
You may now send Vampire Rave messages in code. Since Upiori is beyond the comprehension of even the most sophisticated and advanced minds, you can now send secure messages. Without the Upiori key, it will be impossible to decode your messages and they can be protected from prying eyes. Simply give the key to your recipient ahead of time and they will be able to decode messages you send them.
Are you engaged in clandestine activities that require absolute security? Send your messages in Upiori.
Are you having an affair with a married Vampire Rave member? Send them your messages in Upiori. Even if their spouse gains access to their Vampire Rave account, they will not be able to read the messages you have sent them without the correct Upiori key.
Do your parents regularly look over your shoulder or log into your account? Send sensitive messages in Upiori and protect your communications.
There are many more uses for Upiori. Each message can have its own unique key.
Journals
If you're a
Premium Member, you can write journal entries encoded in Upiori. You'll see the option on your
write journal entry page. There are a few reasons you might want to do this:
You want to write public entries, but have them read by only a small group of individuals (your friends). Give this group the Upiori key and they can read your entries.
You want an additional layer of security for your private entries. |
Whatever your reasons, you should use caution when writing journal entries in Upiori. Once you set a Upiori key, it cannot be unset. The entry cannot be decrypted or edited without the key.
THERE IS NO RETRIEVE KEY FUNCTION
If you forget the key, you cannot decode the entry -
EVER.

It's Not a REAL language right? because I cant find any mention of "Upiori" on the interwebs except for a Polish word "UPIORY" that translates to English as "Phantoms".

Upir is the name given to vampires in Russian language/Slavic languages. Unlike the normal vampires in the folktales, upirs could walk in the daylight and did not burn. - "I can't help but wonder.., if, Blade(Wesley Snipes) character, and the first Blade movie theme, was somehow influenced by "Upiori"?
