Welcome to my Domain


Here you will only find bits and pieces about myself, I have removed a lot of information because I have come to realize that all of our life long successes and achievements have nothing to do with who or what we are as human beings and in ways I am just an enigma waiting to be solved by the brave of heart. If you put forth the effort you may just find it's worth your time. Now before we go much further, I must add this. I do not claim to be anything super human, though I am special. I'm just your average male, of human make. A "mere" mortal if you will. I hold strong ties with Christianity but do not put much stock in "Religion", as I feel organized religion does very little other than hinder humanity. Rules, regulations and restrictions on your faith tend only to put a strangle hold on your personal growth. Not to mention I have seen the lunacy of fanatics of every denomination be called the will of God.

Now that is done shall we move on to more of what you have come here for? ... wait that's right, if you're like most here you have already scrolled to the bottom, rated me and left. Perhaps you're the brave of heart.

Let's begin.
There is nothing truly unique about me, I'm just another person that in a crowd does not stand out. Though I am not exactly typical for my age group. I am strongly devoted to my faith. I have taken personal vows that limit my interaction with society, mostly that of my silence, which only allows me to speak in accordance with the needs of my duties and limited communication for unavoidable necessities. You see, conversation has never been a strong point of mine.

As you can imagine reading, writing and music are highly important to me. I am hardly ever found without a book of some sort near, I have such a strong attraction to written word. I consider myself artistic in several ways. I weave words and draw, I create digital works and have been known from time to time take photos. Music is a love of mine. It plays a huge role in my life because of the creativity involved. Music is the universal language, used to express emotions and thoughts. To me there is nothing more beautiful then the sounds created by a skilled violinist, though I can and do listen to just about anything.

Let's see, I'm a romantic at heart, somewhere deep down. Though I am somewhat cynical, somewhat weary of it. Love is a word thrown around too often and is sadly often lacking its real meaning. I do believe in true love though and the truth is, everyone is going to hurt you. You just got to find the ones worth suffering for.

A phone call or two during the day helps to get you through a long day’s work and always brings a smile to your face. In their presence, there’s no need for continuous conversation, but you find you’re quite content in just having them nearby. Things that never interested you before become fascinating because you know they are important to this person who is so special to you. You think of this person on every occasion and in everything you do. Simple things bring them to mind like a pale blue sky, gentle wind or even a storm cloud on the horizon. You open your heart knowing that there’s a chance it may be broken one day and in opening your heart, you experience a love and joy that you never dreamed possible. You find that being vulnerable is the only way to allow your heart to feel true pleasure that’s so real it scares you. You find strength in knowing you have a true friend and possibly a soul mate who will remain loyal to the end. Life seems completely different, exciting and worthwhile. Your only hope and security is in knowing that they are a part of your life.” - Bob Marley


In short I am just a simple and highly complex man....I'm like an Onion.

Donkey: Example?
Shrek: Example... uh... ogres are like onions!
Donkey: They stink?
Shrek: Yes... No!
Donkey: Oh, they make you cry?
Shrek: No!
Donkey: Oh, you leave 'em out in the sun, they get all brown, start sproutin' little white hairs...
Shrek: NO! Layers. Onions have layers. Ogres have layers. Onions have layers. You get it? We both have layers.
Donkey: Oh, you both have LAYERS. Oh. You know, not everybody like onions. What about cake? Everybody loves cake!
Shrek: I don't care what everyone else likes! Ogres are not like cakes.
Donkey: You know what ELSE everybody likes? Parfaits! Have you ever met a person, you say, "Let's get some parfait," they say, "Hell no, I don't like no parfait"? Parfaits are delicious!
Shrek: NO! You dense, irritating, miniature beast of burden! Ogres are like onions! End of story! Bye-bye! See ya later.
Donkey: Parfait's gotta be the most delicious thing on the whole damn planet!


I do my best to live each day as best I can, no regrets no remorse. No dwelling on the past. I'm a strong believer everyone needs to put visions to reality, to wake up and live because life is one big road with lots of signs.

You know what the real gift of life is? The opportunity to make the very best out of your time here and what you have. To take every opportunity set before you to better yourself and those around you in some way. To spend time with family and friends because you never know when it may be your last. Live life like a buffet, because god helps those who help themselves.

Seems I have rambled on long enough and everyone likes a bit of mystery, don't we? So in parting...
