im training Kick-Boxing, normally 3 times every week, and soon done it for 2 years now. before that i trained kyokoshinkai karate, but i found it boring.

a long time ago i trained some chi, but im out of training now. But ill start again soon, ill try training at least 30 minutes chi every day.
