I am a 19yr old personlikething. I have fallen out of the "scene" in my area due to a lack of one. I left originally due to drug problems that I wanted to be rid of and out of, and once they were gone, so was everything else. The cafe had burnt to the ground and reopened as a pathetic shell of itself. The others were overrun with emo kids I had trouble relating to, and the pool hall had fallen into the hands of the wiggers.

I was never what was called "goth" but rather a "scrag" (think of a fusion between goth and grunge and you'll have some idea what that means)

which was a term for "goths" who didn't go all the way with the fashion, and had generally more of a sarcastic, cynical view vs the darkness of the "goths" in the area.

I hope this place might help me find more people like me as they've all either fallen out, sold out, or moved out of this area here (quite sad). I'm a photographer/writer artistically, but have lost my muse recently and haven't been overly active in either the past few months. (I do b/w film photo mostly, and the lack of a public dark room and the horrible prints I've gotten from sending my film to labs has killed that [depressingly] for the time being). I'm also studying to be a massage therapist and I should be licensed in the next month or so. If you want more info...feel encouraged to ask me as I have nothing to hide.
