I have a lifelong interest in the supernatural, paranormal and occult, including all things vampiric. I believe that there are forces around us that can be used to better the world, call it magic, call it god, call it whatever but know that they are have always been there.
Belief can change the world and imagination can shape reality. There are too many close minded people in the world today who are content only to see what is in front of their face and to dimiss anything they can`t understand. Too much knowledge has been lost or destroyed by people with no belief and one day they will be forced to see that not everything can be explained.
Now that my rant is over, I can tell you that I enjoy rock and metal music, some of my favourite bands are W.A.S.P, Alice Cooper, Bon Jovi, Velvet Revolver and Guns N Roses, ther are many, many, many more. I also like soul and blues (the real stuff not the crap produced today) Atrists like Wilson Pickett, BB King, The Blues Brothers, James Brown, Otis Redding and John Lee Hooker, these guys are legends who will never fade away. Too much modern music is souless, fake trash. Music should speak to you and comfort you and influence you and most of all music should make you happy and take you away from lifes worries for a few minutes at least.
My favourite books include the Dresden Files, The True Blood/Sookie Stackhouse novels, Vampire Diaries and of course Dracula and it`s sequel Dracula: The Undead. I also enjoy sci fi and true crime. I am a comic book fan and my favourite characters are Dr Strange and Dr Fate. I am also a huge Doctor Who fan.
My favourite movies include Bram Stokers Dracula, Blade, The Dark Knight to name a few.
I am engaged to the love of my life and have two wonderful children. My Family is My Life! I would fight for them, I would die for them and I would defend them. I wear my heart on my sleeve for all to see (even though this can bring rejection and hurt). I do like to make friends and meet new people, I believe that a person can be judged by the people they call friends.
People who assume that anything regarding Vampires or the supernatural is satanic are the kind of people who really annoy me, they believ in god and the devil even though they have never seen them or heard them, yet dismiss anything of a supernatural nature.
