i have always considered myself a child of darkness, take that as you will, so this site seems inviting. since i was a kid i have always idolized vampires and werewolves. would always think of the benefits of having such a life. to live an eternal life of beauty, to let out the wild beast hovering under the surface at night. the night has always been my favorite. i feel i can see an underside, a shadow within the shadows if you will, and that this perception was unique to me, i can bet some here have seen and perhaps even lived within that subreality which others may call fiction, or fantasy. maybe even gone as far as to call it make believe. but in truth is just as real, though less travelled solid fact
As for beliefs, lets not EVEN talk about religion! i abhor it. its fake and another way for certain people to try and control others. Other than that weak people need something to answer their questions and that is just sad.
i do, however believe in spirits. something of the sort at any rate. energy of both benevolent and malevolent forces which infests this world. does it have a mind, 'smart energy'? hmm, i believe everything in existance is motivated in one way or another so yeah i guess that fits the profile. however i do try to keep an open mind so long as someone is not trying to force feed their beliefs on me. that would be a mistake on their part.
i recently met a woman i went to high school with and we have begun dating. This has opened a whole new realm to me! i enjoy the attention and similarly enjoy lavishing her with my attentions. she says i am a keeper so i am content.
We have started the process of buying a house together and plan on tying the knot in June of 08.
my favorite colors are black and red. when ppl used to ask me why(and i dont know why they would ask that) i would tell them because black is the color of my soul and red is the color of blood which surrounds me.
i love wolves and in someways consider myself one. i think they are beautiful and deadly. i also like hawks. i consider them majestic and wonderful hunters.
maybe i just have a thing for predators.
MUSIC!! i like lots of different kinds but first and foremost is death metal. i have been away from the music scene so lots of my favs are older which doesnt bother me too much hehe. deicide, malevolent creation, grave, death, obituary ,carcass, to name a few. i have also recently gotten into some less hardcore but still wonderful bands, well i think anyways. i enjoy evanescence and nicklback, hinder, nonpoint, godsmack, NIN, and a great band that really pulls my strings is black label society. stillborn a excelent song.
i enjoy my own space but recently met someone that shares a portion of it with me. the once popular demigod has settled down and i enjoy taking in the world around me with certain selected individuals
i enjoy hiking up in the mountains and workin out, gettin the blood flowin, hehe. i also enjoy meetin new ppl online. i was on that myspazz thingy but just about everyone in there seems fake. i havent had to block anyone here yet so this must be more my speed.
BOOKS- i love fantasy books. i read alot of books with wizards and elves and the like, dragons oh yeah. dragonlance books, terry brooks, steven donaldson, terry goodkind, robert jordan, christopher paolini, douglas niles, piers anthoy,. i also enjoy other kinds of books from robin cook, robert ludlum, james patterson, stephen king, dean koontz. pretty much anything with a good story
