Let. Me. See. Here.
Describing me is a difficult task. Minds that try to grasp my complexities go insane, pages telling of it wither, and tales end. I seem often contradictory, but if one looks deep enough then there's no confusion left. Piercing beyond the veil of what appears to be allows one to see without illusions. Beyond that second veil is truth. This is what I seek to describe and bring into the world. Truth.
Not fact. Huge difference there. Plenty of facts in this world, but not enough truth to back them up.
I enjoy alot of things. I enjoy fighting, whether in a martial arts competition or out on the streets. While this may seem contrary to my main belief of the "common good of my fellow human," I also believe that most people don't deserve to compare themselves to me by species.
While this may seem a bit "high and mighty" to put myself above so many, let me just explain what puts me apart from a large segment of the population:
I don't beat on women, children, or those who cannot defend themselves. On the last of those, if they claim they can defend themselves, it's on their head.
I work 5-6 days a week, stretching my money to make it last instead of getting food stamps or government help that I don't need.
Instead of being lazy and saying "Oh, I can't get a ride down the road a mile so I just won't go to work today," I deal with walking. It's only a mile. Quit complaining.
I don't leech off of the goodwill of others. Too many times have I been the one providing rent money, paying bills, and getting all the food that others were eating.
Of course, those are justifications to me. I'd understand perfectly if you didn't agree with them.
I also enjoy nerdy hobbies like Magic the Gathering, D&D, tabletop wargames, MMOs (though I'm currently not playing any MMOs, they are fun), and video games.
Other enjoyments I take are in writing, drawing, reading, looking at art, and spending time with my girlfriend.
I have varied taste in music, everything from Avantasia Z Z Top can find a place somewhere in my collection. I have a special place in my heart for power metal groups like Rhapsody of Fire, Nightwish, and others like them.
If I think of anything else to add in here, I'll be sure to do it. But for now, this is me, preaching freedom from religion.
