I love going running in the middle of the night when most are asleep. There's something completely serene about running in the dark. You can't see what's in the shadows you pass, but your feet keep moving and make the only patterned rhythm surrounding you. The rest is just silence. Running lets your mind run wild. It let's your train of thought caper.
