My desires in life is to travel to asian countries to see what it is like to live there and also to learn a bit more on where my ancestors came from. I also would like to visit european countries to see what life is like on the other side of the world. Another desire that I have is to own a business that will have a significant impact in people's live as well as the world; most likely in the fuel or energy industry. I would also like to buy my parents a house for putting up with me for some many years. Moreso, someday I want to be skilled in drawing and graphic designs. Finally, I want to meet a sweet, compassionate, and fun loving gal.
Currently in my life, looking for an internship with an accounting firm in order to obtain my professional accounting designation. I have graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a B.Sc in biochemistry about a year ago. I'm hoping accounting provides better luck for me than biochemistry. As for right now, I am having the same issues, which is trying to find work in a field I studied for. I've been depressed and frustrated about not finding work or a life on my own.
I considered myself an idealist and a dreamer. You can often find me day day dreaming. There are tons of things that I want to expereince with my life. One thing thing that I would like to change here in Canada is achieve better company loyalty. The last few places that I have worked at has a split between managements and its fellow workers where mangement or workers just mingle with themselves ;plus I find it that it that some people are willing to step on people's toes just to make themselves look good to people in charge. I want want a company that is more team spirited where everyone is involved together . I would like to have an environment where people are not coming in for just a paycheck, but actually positively contributing to live in.
I really like eastern culture, especially with Japan and China. There are many things that I find interesting such as its foods, martial arts, religion, language and entertainment. I know a bit of cantonese and I'm currently tyring to learn how to read and write Japanese.
There's this one show called Avatar: the last airbender that I oddly find entertaining, being a kid's show and all ^o^. Believe it is because the show has a heavy eastern influence; starting from the art down to the type of martial arts, buildings, clolthing, etc. It even has some oriental phrases or dialect and taoist's philosophy :D.
This is Zuko, a character of Avatar and he is one of my favorite character in the show, mainly because he does not protray the typical characteristics of a self-righteous hero, but he would still be considered a good person. I like that because he shows that the right path or the wrong path isn't really well defined and one has to struggle to find what is really right or wrong. I also like that zuko never gives up, even when all hope is lost. I like tha in a person, a never ending will.
