My name comes from the rune Othala which is the last rune, one that represents homeland, ownership, and property. Over the years, when referred to as Othala, it has evolved and changed until I became Opilia.



I enjoy taking photos. I like to take pictures of my dog, random dogs, flowers, bugs, sunsets, all the rather random stuff is in my portfolio.


I have a lot of random hobbies, but don't always stick with them.

I enjoy writing, art, coloring, bugs, hiking, growing things, ants, people watching, nature, fairy gardens, rock painting, and other odd and random things.

When I first came here I was very very into vampires .. like obsessed. Over the years that's calmed down, but they represent a part of me that will forever be here.
