Hello. My name is Brian but you may call me Mardivan. I am currently 31 years old. I am from the midwest originally and moved to Pennsylvania from there. I am divorced and am seeking to find new friends and re discover myself. I love to write and to learn new things. I enjoy reading books and watching television, I was a television critic for my school paper for four years and then two years of college. I also love dogs, cats, and horses and would love to learn to ride one day. Poetry and heavy metal music are other things I enjoy. My interests are romantic poetry, royal history, politics, television, science fiction, fantasy, role playing games, comics, computers, writing, religions, music, traveling, and of course reading.

I have been a follower of the Wiccan path for about ten years. The deities that have called to me are Ra and Hathor. The stones that I feel called to are sunstone, turqoise, tiger's eye, and lapis lazuli.
I am a huge fan of Marvel comics. My favorite character of all time is Dr. Doom. I also like Mr. Sinister, Magneto, The Mandarin, The Leader, Loki, Kingpin, and Spiderman.
My favorite bands are Damn Yankees, Ratt, Poison, Whitesnake, Scorpions, Motley Crue, Metallica, the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Ozzy Osbourne, Black Sabbath, Megadeath, the Cure, Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson, Korn, Nirvana, White lion, Night Ranger, Styx, Queen, Aerosmith, the Doors, Willie Nelson, and Kenny Rogers.
My favorite movies are Star wars, Back to the future, gone with the wind, the Godfather all 3 parts, Dances with Wolves, Schindlers list, Independence day, Jurassic Park, the Shining, the Madness of King George, Amadeus, Pirates of the Caribean, all the harry potter movies, all of the lord of the rings movies, Spider man 2 and 3, and too many others to remember.
My favorite tv shows are Heroes, Seinfeld, Alf, Friends, Cheers, Frasier, Mary Tyler Moore Show, I love Lucy, Mystery Science Theatre 3000, Dark shadows, Dallas, Dynasty, Threes Company, Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Saved by the Bell, Growing Pains, the Jeffersons, Doctor Who, Star Trek the next Generation, Magnum PI, Quantum Leap, Dukes of Hazard, Wings, and many more.
My favorite books are Complete Sherlock Holmes, Gone with the Wind, Treasure Island, War of the Worlds, 1984, Jaws, the Shining, the Fountainhead, Atlas Shrugged, a Brief History of Time, and too many to remember.
