Sometimes who we want to be takes a back stage to who we need to be to survive. I spend my days in an 8-5 job that does little to feed my soul, but pays the bills. My nights are another story. I express myself through poetry and music and have a wide expanse of what I appreciate in both. My age varies with my mood.
To give you a glimpse into my twisted little mind I have an intelligence test I administer to potential gentlemen callers, "Two guys walked into a bar, the second one should have seen it." Don't be offended if you don't get it. I can have a very dry sense of humor at times. I also find it very amusing when I look at the Friends Online box and it tells me I have no friends. I feel so unloved!

I wrote this about a friend of mine a long time ago, but have since realized that it may be more about me.
