First and foremost, I will have to apologize for not being able to load my profile chock full of information, pictures, and the like about myself. I am new to this site. I, as of yet, have no friends on here and no affiliations. However, you may count on it that they will come as time flows.
I am an independent individual whom thinks outside the box more often than not. I am also sure you have read things like that numerous times throughout the site.
The Name
'Lachesis' is the name of one of the Greek Goddess of Destiny; these sisters are equivalent to the Germanic Norns, the Greek Moirae,, the Baltic Laima, and the Roman Parcae. Lachesis the allotter is particularly responsible for deciding the fates or destinies of every individual in the universe, even the Gods'. She does this by measuring the metaphorical Thread of Life.
She, as legend goes, has two sisters; Clotho the spinner, who spins the thread of life from her distaff unto her spindle, and Atropos the inexorable, who cuts the Thread of Life and chooses the manner in which death comes.
Not one of my better names, eh?
Time
To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to uproot what is planted;
A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
A time to throw stones, and a time to gather stones; a time to embrace, and a time to shun embracing;
A time to search, and a time to give up as lost; a time to keep, and a time to throw away;
A time to tear apart, and a time to sew together; a time to be silent, and a time to speak;
A time to love, and a time to hate; A time for war, and a time for peace. – Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
