Unique lady, who has been the recipient of friendly fire one too many times in my life, and still seems to recover.
You ask what is friendly fire?
Friendly Fire is used as a term in energy work. It describes when an individual sustains energy damage due to negative emotions not because of what the aggressive did, but how the loved one they confided broadcasts.
Simply put, when a child comes home from school and tells their mother they were bullied, the mother gets upset and yells. The child receives the incoming energy from their mother, the friendly fire, as if the mother is truly enraged at the child.

I am a survivor, I have learned no matter how much friendly fire is tossed at me, I can learn to re-direct it and let it roll off my skin like water in a shower. I try not to take much personally, and go with the flow. I do stand up for myself, and will not sit idle or quiet while someone disrespects me.
