(SOHR-oo-ka)
Sorcha is the proud tilt of her head.
Sorcha is her regal bearing.
Sorcha is the aristocracy running through her veins.
Sorcha is a lady.
Sorcha is the fierceness of its Gaelic ancestry.
Sorcha is the caressing whisper of its beginning,
The dipping awe in its middle,
And the exclamation of its end.
Sorcha is the shining of her eyes.
Sorcha is the brightness of her soul.
Sorcha is the misty isles themselves.
Sorcha is the gentle curve of her shape.
Sorcha is the soft gold in her hair.
Sorcha is the strength of her being.
Sorcha is Sorcha.
Sorcha...is me.
For now, a simple college student making her way into the murky depths of the Gothic world. A lover, but an innocent and inexperienced in the goings-on of what happens here. Sorcha delights in observing, hoping to learn as much as she can before making the plunge into her own beginning.
Proud member of The House of Madadh-Alluidh. May the world know of the strength and beauty of the wolf.
Sorcha appreciates any friendly help, especially when it comes to profile suggestions. She also welcomes stalking and biting, so long as the biters do not mind the same treatment in return. She does not mind silent friends. She encourages people to make contact more than ever, hoping to get rid of this "friend penalty".
On a religious note, Sorcha is, in fact, a Christian. For those quick to jump the gun, Sorcha is not a Catholic, does not think that anyone not a Christian is going to Hell, and does not believe that other religions are necessarily incorrect. She subscribes to the day-era theory--thinking that evolution and creationism can get along like good siblings--and believes all religions have their own interpretation of the same God (whether he is one God or the One is divided into many gods representing different aspects of the same God). Sorcha is a firm believer of respecting what others believe in and is also interested in learning about what that is.
However, Sorcha believes in questioning her beliefs--and maybe yours--for the betterment of her--and your--life.
Sorcha loves chocolate. She also loves flirting. Feel free to indulge her.
Sorcha adores dragons. She loves to show off their power and sleek grace within her profile, as most of the vampire pictures she possesses are not appropriate for those under 18 years (which she would prefer her profile be, for the most part). Dragons are elegant creatures in their own right, often millennium older than us, full of knowledge and wisdom and well-deserving of our respect.
Yes, Sorcha loves vampires. As a generally sexual creature, Sorcha is fascinated by the seductive appeal that vampires hold over a great deal of the population. Like a moth to a flame (to use an over-used phrase), she is drawn to the sharp fangs and the ritualistic act of stealing the very life-force that runs through human veins. She adores the elegant vampire, fascinated by the cloak of good that covers the inner evil of this creature of the night. The Brat Prince will forever hold a special place in this one's heart.
She is a romance junkie, especially when good "scenes" are supplemented by even better plot. Tamora Pierce, Iris Johansen, Karen Marie Moning, Sandra Brown, and Nora Roberts are a few of her favorite authors.
Sorcha delights in talking in the formal third person.
If you wish to know what Sorcha looks like, look first to her personality. If you still are not satisfied, you will just have to wait until she can dig up some pictures. Some would call her cute. Some would call her sexy. Still others think of her as a raging ball of hyperactive hormones (really?!).
She likes to think of herself as energetic, charismatic, and playful. Gorgeous in her own way (in a short way) with no small amount of class, when she chooses to utilize it.
Sorcha is an open person. If she can, she will talk about just about anything, and stay silent about it if need be. She is also very friendly, and caring, always willing to talk with people and get to know them. People are her greatest pleasure.
With her inability to draw, Sorcha owns none of the art that is on this page. Avatar picture is copyright of Victoria Frances, wonderful artist that she is; the rest are random internet finds.
