Definitely a dreamer - sometimes I have a hard time staying in the real world. Always fascinated with the darker side of life, as well as general fantasy. I am a night person - would rather have a picnic near a moonlit lake than take a walk across a sunny beach. I have always been at odds with myself, though. Would love to travel the world, but I would quickly miss home. I tend to be on the quiet side, unless I really get to know a person. I have a very sadistic sense of humor, yet am an empath - while I WILL laugh hysterically if someone falls out of their chair, I am very sympathetic to emotional pain - especially that of loved ones.
I have always believed in vampires and other mystical creatures - both the vintage stories as well as a lot of the newer ones.
I am very artistic - love to draw and write. Also dabble in photography and random arts and crafts. I usually have several different projects going at the same time - this goes back to the dreamer comment - sometimes I get ahead of myself - I have a hard time finishing one thing before moving on to the next. I have not had much time lately to do as much artistic stuff as I would like, but once I finish another drawing or two, I will be posting stuff to my portfolio.
I am pagan - what some refer to as a "green witch". I worship nature and all it's beauty - I love the Pacific Northwest for that reason - mountains and ocean all in one view. Plus, as a Pisces, I am drawn to water.

Nature & animals - pretty much all kinds - currently have a cat and dog as pets. I believe that animals, by their very nature, are more "Godlike" than people are. They tend to be more forgiving, and love unconditionally - this is very much in line with the standard picture painted of the Christian God. Besides, there is nothing better than watching a psychotic cat run around the house - I definitely have an affinity towards felines more than other animals.
I love reading - I will devour books in a few hours. I mostly read horror or fantasy, although I have been drawn in to the occasional mystery as well. All time favorite author is Ann Rice - if you haven't read Mmenoch the Devil, I strongly suggest doing so. Currently am reading about 6 different series of books. One that I recommend is The Night Angel trilogy by Brent Weeks.
I love food - and cooking. There is almost something magical about blending ingredients to create something new - it's like alchemy! I like having friends over just so I can cook for them. That is probably the best thing in the world - watching people I care about comfortable and happily enjoying a good meal.
I love swimming, that is probably my favorite way to exercise. Although hiking works almost as well; it's just nice to get away from civilization sometimes, and be close to nature.
